Three Line Tales, Week 229 – Long Ago

Written in response to Three Line Tales, Week 229

“Long ago, right up here to your left, a tower once stood.”

“What — what — but it’s right there!” Iris scoffed and looked at Craig with a confused smile.

“What’s right there — wait, the tower? Oh come on Iris, I’m not falling for anything. As I was saying, the tower was taken down in the 40s…”


(I don’t know how easy it is to follow my train of thought here but Iris can somehow see things as they were in the past, I suppose…)
